Role and Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager, Business Operation is responsible for ensuring that product availability aligns with forecasted demand, both in the mid-term and long-term. This position requires strong collaboration with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to generate accurate forecasts and effectively manage demand across all HHP product categories. The Sr. Manager will be instrumental in driving demand planning, conducting in-depth data analysis, generating insightful reports, and implementing strategies to maximize sales while ensuring efficient supply chain management.

Role & Responsibilities

Demand Forecasting:

Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for various timeframes, including short-term, mid-term, and long-term, utilizing a diverse range of forecasting methodologies.Analyze historical sales data, conduct thorough market research, analyze competitor activities, and identify key trends that influence demand.Incorporate seasonal fluctuations, promotional activities, and other relevant factors into demand forecasts.Regularly review and update forecasts based on actual sales data and prevailing market conditions.Conduct strategic demand managing to maximize supply allocation for launch readiness within limited supply

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels across all sales channels and proactively identify potential stockouts or instances of excess inventory to maximize sales opportunities.Collaborate closely with operations teams (SCM, Packaging, LPS, PM, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain optimal inventory levels.Proactive demand operations to zero out part exposure before EOL

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment of demand plans with overall business objectives including target plan, market share and KPIsCommunicate demand forecasts and inventory plans to relevant stakeholders on a weekly basis.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze sales & inventory data, and market trends using data analysis tools.Prepare regular reports that provide insights into demand forecasts, inventory performance, and KPIs.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics and 8+years of experience managing CPFR relationships in the telecommunications, technology, or consumer product goods industriesAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel functions, including experience with modeling and data analysisAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environmentEffective written and verbal communication at a professional levelMay require additional working hours beyond a normal schedule to meet high-stress, time-sensitive deadlines that can be both cyclical and dynamicTravel up to 15%Demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedure, which includes attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities
