Sr. Manager, Benefits - APAC
**Key Responsibilities:** + Design, manage, and evaluate employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans. + Act as the main contact for benefits-related inquiries from employees, vendors, and brokers. + Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, such as ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA. + Analyze market trends and benchmark data to recommend cost-effective and competitive benefit strategies. + Lead the annual open enrollment process, including communications, system updates, and employee support. + Coordinate with payroll and HRIS teams to maintain accurate benefits data and ensure proper deductions. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). + 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR management. + Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations. + Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems. + Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. + Professional certification is a plus. **Job Summary:** The Senior Benefits Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies. This role ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and works to align benefits offerings with the organization’s strategic goals and employee needs.
