This role emphasizes strong leadership, advanced technical skills, and expertise in SAP and MS Office tools to maintain inventory accuracy, optimize processes through Lean principles, and ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations. Systems & Reporting **What your background should look like** + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). + **Experience:** 1. 5+ years in warehouse supervision or similar role within a manufacturing environment. 2. Strong background in SAP (PR2 or S/4HANA) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams; Power BI preferred). 3. Proven experience in Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives. 4. Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations; Hazmat certification preferred. 5. Experience managing off-site warehouses and material transfers via STO. 6. Demonstrated success in leading multiple supervisors and teams. + **Technical Skills:** 1. Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). 2. Power BI for dashboards and KPIs. 3. SAP proficiency for inventory and material management. + **Leadership & Soft Skills:** 1. Strong team leadership and people management skills. 2. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 3.
