Summary: Seeking a Senior Life Safety Systems Designer to lead the design and coordination of complex life safety systems in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
10+ years AutoCAD experience, preferably with Revit. NICET Level II certification required. 3-5 years systems design experience. Knowledge of IFC, IBC, NFPA codes. Industrial design experience.Preferred Skills:
NICET Level III certification or ability to obtain within one year.Responsibilities:
Lead design and coordination of life safety systems packages. Develop detailed BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit MEP. Design layouts for Fire Alarm Detection, HPM Leak Detection, Toxic Gas Management, Security/Intrusion Detection Systems. Ensure designs meet codes and client requirements while maintaining constructability and performance. Collaborate across teams for integrated solutions supporting client facilities' core functions.Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour
