Daikin Applied is seeking a Sr. Learning Project Manager! The Sr. Learning Project Manager is a strategic leader responsible for the comprehensive management of functional projects across the organization. Location: Hybrid in Plymouth, MN

What you will do: 

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budgetDevelop and execute a strategic plan for initiatives that support the organization’s long-term goalsLead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, department heads, and key stakeholders to identify the functional needs and ensure project alignment with organizational prioritiesOversee the allocation and management of resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to ensure project successProactively identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution to keep projects on trackImplement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure all project solutions meet high standards of excellence and effectivenessEstablish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of functional initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvementStay abreast of industry trends and best practices and incorporate innovative approaches and technologies into the organization’s functional strategyMentor and develop project manager peers and team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growthTravel up to 15%

Minimum Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience7+ years related experience4+ years people leadership experienceExceptional leadership and team management skills.Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsAdvanced proficiency in project management software and toolsStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree with focus/concentration in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or EducationMaster’s degreeChange management and communications experiencePMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or similar certification is highly desirableDeep understanding of related functional principlesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $148,800 plus up to 10% bonus in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
