To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** Lenovo is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Learning Program Manager to join the International Sales Organization learning team to design and scale learning programs that elevate global sales capability, drive seller performance, and align with Lenovo’s business priorities. The ideal candidate must be a strategic and experienced **Senior Instructional Designer** with a strong background in **CRM and Sales Enablement systems training** , combined with **program management expertise** , to drive sales enablement initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and managing learning programs that enhance the adoption and performance of sales systems and tools (e.g., MS D365, Sales Sphere, SAP), improve sales process efficiency, and support revenue-generating teams.
