ADP is seeking a Sr. Lead Program Manager, Product Operations to join our high-performance Product Management & AI organization. This role is ideal for a systems thinker who is passionate about creating clarity, operational rigor, and cross-functional alignment across complex product environments.
You will be a key driver of the product operating model for our Shared Products portfolio—ensuring teams have the right data, processes, tools, and insights to build great products efficiently. This role sits at the intersection of product management, business operations, analytics, and strategic program delivery.
Rather than owning product strategy outright, you will enable and operationalize it—helping product & development leaders make informed decisions, execute consistently, and maximize ROI on product investments.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO:**
**Product Operations & Portfolio Enablement**
+ Maintain and evolve the product operating cadence (e.g., Quarterly Product Reviews, OKRs, annual planning, portfolio budget cycles).
+ Ensure consistent and effective execution across teams by standardizing processes, workflows, templates, and communication.
+ Partner with product managers and analytics teams to collect, organize, and analyze product data — Including usage insights, experiment results, and portfolio performance metrics.
+ Improve decision-making by developing dashboards, insights, and reporting that help leaders prioritize effectively.
+ Serve as steward of the product tools ecosystem, ensuring teams are using tools consistently and evaluating new tools where needed.
+ Drive efficiency across the Shared Services portfolio by identifying bottlenecks, removing friction, and improving cross-team handoffs.
**Program Management for Strategic Initiatives**
+ Lead and coordinate multi-team strategic programs (e.g., platform convergence, large cross-functional deliverables, client-impacting initiatives).
+ Maintain visibility into program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes; influence teams to keep efforts on track.
+ Connect business, technology, and product stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding of priorities.
+ Support organizational readiness, including communications, change management, and rollout coordination.
**Data-Driven Decision Support**
+ Partner with finance, strategy, and analytics to support portfolio ROI assessments, investment tradeoffs, and scenario planning.
+ Provide proactive insights on financial, market, client, or operational trends that could affect product decisions.
+ Build repeatable frameworks for metrics, experimentation, and continuous learning across Shared Services product teams.
+ Executive & Cross-Functional Communication
+ Prepare clear, compelling updates for senior leadership—distilling complex data and program status into crisp narratives for C-suite and board-level audiences.
+ Drive alignment across product, development, finance, design, sales, and strategy teams by facilitating communication and resolving ambiguity.
+ Ensure leadership is consistently informed of progress, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
**Executive & Cross-Functional Communication**
+ Prepare clear, compelling updates for senior leadership, distilling complex data and program status into crisp narratives for C-suite and board-level audiences.
+ Drive alignment across product, development, finance, design, sales, and strategy teams by facilitating communication and resolving ambiguity.
+ Ensure leadership is consistently informed of progress, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:**
+ 7–10+ years of experience in product operations, program management, business operations, consulting, or related roles in technology organizations.
+ Proven experience driving operational excellence within product or engineering organizations; familiarity with Product Operating Models and modern product practices.
+ Strong analytical and data-orientation, with the ability to structure metrics, interpret data, and translate insights into actions.
+ Experience working in complex matrixed organizations and influencing without authority.
+ Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to simplify technical or ambiguous topics for executive audiences.
+ Experience managing product tools and systems (roadmapping, experimentation, analytics, collaboration tools).
+ High-ownership, high-energy individual who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys creating structure from uncertainty.
+ MBA or similar advanced degree a plus, but not required.
