Job Description

This role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (3 days in office per week).

Bosch Power Tools is seeking a high-impact Key Account Manager to lead our strategic partnership with Tractor Supply Company and drive growth across the Farm & Ranch channel, including key buying groups and regional retailers. This role owns full commercial responsibility for one of Bosch’s most important retail relationships, combining high-level joint business planning with disciplined execution through independent retailers, rep agencies, and field sales teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Account Leadership – Tractor Supply Company

Lead the overall business strategy and relationship with Tractor Supply CompanyDevelop and execute annual Joint Business Plans (JBP)Drive assortment expansion, new product listings, promotional programming, and competitive de-listingsOwn forecasting accuracy, demand planning alignment, and revenue targetsPresent business updates and strategic plans to senior buyersManage pricing, terms, programs, compliance, and supply chain coordination

 

Commercial & Financial Management

Lead line reviews, annual planning cycles, and in/out promotional execution Analyze POS data, customer metrics, and competitive insights to shape strategy Manage promotional ROI, margin performance, and profitability targets Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to deliver aligned execution

Farm Channel Growth & Deployment

Drive growth across the Farm & Ranch channel, including buying groups and regional retailers Deploy strategy through rep agencies and field sales teams to ensure strong execution Build relationships across independent retailers, agencies, and internal stakeholders Identify and capture new distribution and market expansion opportunities

 

Qualifications5+ years managing national or large regional retail accountsDirect experience in big-box, farm & ranch, hardware, home improvement, or hardlines retailProven ownership of a large account or portfolioExperience managing planning cycles including line reviews, assortment planning, Joint Business Plans, and annual planningDemonstrated success expanding distribution, gaining incremental space, and driving growth in mature accountsStrong forecasting discipline (POS analysis, demand planning, inventory management)Proven negotiation experience (pricing, terms, programs, category placement)Experience working with buying groups and deploying strategy through rep networks preferredBachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 to $130,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Pay ranges included in the postings generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, commission, or additional benefits.
