THE OPPORTUNITY
To strengthen our Luxembourg team, we are currently sourcing a Senior Key Account Manager who will report to the Head of Key Accounts Belux.
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will take ownership of the strategic development and performance of our largest and most complex accounts across all channels. You will act as a senior commercial partner to both internal and external stakeholders, shaping the Luxembourg commercial strategy while coaching and influencing teams to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities of this role:
Translate national and cluster‑level KPIs into strategic account plans and measurable objectives.Lead the development, implementation, and optimisation of commercial activities across major accounts.Act as a senior commercial advisor to internal stakeholders, providing insights, recommendations, and business cases.Build, grow, and negotiate high‑level partnerships with Key Business Partners and senior decision‑makers.Provide strategic guidance to the Country Team on channel development, category performance, and account‑level opportunities.Lead complex cross-functional projects and represent Luxembourg in regional or market‑level initiatives.Oversee the budget planning and ensure accurate and impactful budget usage to maximise ROI.Contribute to the strengthening of our smoke‑free vision and drive its adoption with key partners.Mentor and support junior account managers or field teams, fostering collaboration and capability building.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development or Strategic Sales, preferably within FMCG, Food, Beverages, Consumer Electronics, or other fast‑moving environments.Proven track record in managing large or complex accounts, negotiating at senior level, and delivering sustainable commercial growth.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Fluency in French and English (good understanding of German is a strong plus).You are a strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management abilities.You take ownership, work independently within your scope, and proactively drive results.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting strategies based on market, customer, or performance insights.Demonstrated capability in coaching, supporting, or influencing colleagues to elevate collective performance.Results-oriented, commercially driven, eager to learn, challenge, and collaborate in a dynamic and fast‑evolving environment.Deep understanding of the Luxembourg retail and trade landscape, with the ability to leverage market knowledge to drive commercial decisions.Experience leading teams or managing external partners/agencies, demonstrating strong collaboration, communication, and people‑development skills.High level of resilience and dynamism, able to work under pressure, manage weekly deadlines, and maintain a positive and solution‑oriented spirit.
