Job Description
在区域战略合作经理的领导下,在所负责的重点目标医院有效地执行公司重点客户项目,提高公司的品牌形象,确保公司产品在医院的安全运营。高效率地拜访医院重点客户,并与其建立良好的多赢合作关系,最大限度地支持区域销售队伍完成列名工作。及时收集重点客户的反馈信息及重点医院相关政策规定,反馈给区域战略合作经理并共同制定应对策略建立并定期更新重点客户管理档案推进目标医院的进药工作,在与关键客户沟通时给予主动、积极地协助,最大限度提高公司药品的可及性,确保患者获益完成区域战略合作经理安排的其他任务
Qualifications
至少5年医药行业经验,有外资医药经验者优先至少1年以上战略合作经理工作经验及2年以上销售管理经验熟悉战略合作经理工作模式,具备一定的市场管理的知识了解区域管理、资源分配、客户管理的知识关注客户,较好的客户关系管理能力以及良好的组织协调和人际关系沟通能力具备优秀的工作独立性和主动性较强的沟通、表述、谈判和说服技巧严谨的逻辑思维和分析判断能力;解决问题和处理复杂情况的应变能力良好的跨部门合作意识和能力
