The successful candidate will be part of the North America ICT Site Services team and based in Brampton, ON, Canada. The Site Services team is responsible for delivering and proactively supporting a best‑in‑class end‑user computing experience—critical to enabling the innovation work carried out by our food technologists across global RD&A centers. Key Responsibilities + Provide hardware and software support for all desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers for Kerry plants in Canada and NY State (US) Locations. Apply suitable fixes or escalate where appropriate. + Manage user queries via the incident logging system, ensuring timely updates and completion of incidents and tasks in line with Service Level Agreements. + Document and submit new solutions into the ICT knowledge base. + Deliver and install new ICT hardware and software following established processes and procedures. + Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date site documentation. + Provide consistently professional and customer‑focused service. + Ensure ICT standards, security requirements, and policies are enforced and maintained at site level. + Support and maintain local Site IT/OT Infrastructure and networking. + Ensure all endpoints are fully patched and compliant with security baselines, including current anti‑virus and endpoint protection updates. + Support users of all levels, with the ability to provide effective remote troubleshooting. + Collaborate with application development or deployment teams to assist with rollout of new software and solutions. + Support enterprise device management and configuration leveraging Microsoft Intune and Azure AD. Qualifications & Experience Technical Skills Required Hardware + Windows desktop and laptop PCs + Printers + Mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows tablets) + Production RF equipment + Audio Visual equipment Communications / Networking + LAN support and cabling + Telephony (where relevant) + Remote access solutions + Mobile Device Management (MDM) + Support for hybrid environments using Azure AD and Intune Operating Systems + Windows 10 and Windows 11 (deployment, configuration, troubleshooting) + Legacy knowledge of Windows 7/8 beneficial but not required Software & Systems + Microsoft Intune – device enrollment, compliance policies, app deployment, endpoint protection + Azure Active Directory – user management, conditional access basics, groups, permissions + SCCM / MECM – application deployment, OS deployment, patch management + Office 365 / Microsoft 365 support and administration + Anti‑virus and endpoint security solutions + Encryption technologies (BitLocker, etc.) + Asset management, licensing, desktop backup solutions Active Directory/Entra ID + Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred + User and group administration, security permissions, OU structure management Education & Experience + IT qualification—preferably bachelor’s degree—or 5-7 years of relevant experience, or a combination of both. + In‑depth understanding of Windows desktop OS environments Windows 10/11. + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and end‑user support. + Experience in supporting and deploying Microsoft 365 services preferred. + Experience with SCCM/MECM and Intune endpoint management is highly desirable. + Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, printers, and enterprise applications. Other Requirements & Skills + Strong customer service orientation and ability to collaborate across teams. + Excellent work ethic, organization, planning, and communication skills. + Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly. + Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. + Comfortable working independently or within a team. + Self‑starter with strong business awareness. + Willing to travel to other Kerry locations (30 to 40% yearly). + Ability to support users across all levels of the business. + Able to work effectively under pressure. _______________ The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and location.
