Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope and goals.

Develop and track comprehensive project plans.

Use project management tools to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.

Measure project performance using appropriate tools.

Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Identify and minimize project risks.

Create and maintain project documentation.

Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, a related field or equivalent experience and education.

5+ years of IT project management experience.

Experience with PMI and PMBOK best practices.

Experience with Agile, Lean, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.

Experience in healthcare or veterinarian technology is a plus.
