The Senior IT Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving execution across ThermoSafe’s most critical IT initiatives. This role ensures complex, cross-functional technology programs are delivered predictably, transparently, and with minimal disruption during ThermoSafe’s transition to a fully independent operating model. The role focuses on execution excellence, aligning internal teams and external partners to deliver outcomes on time and with high quality.

What you'll be doing:
Program & Delivery Management
Lead multiple concurrent IT initiatives across applications, infrastructure, security, and manufacturing systemsDevelop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and dependenciesEnsure consistent delivery practices and disciplined execution across teamsStakeholder & Executive Communication
Provide clear, concise status reporting for IT leadership and business stakeholdersFacilitate cross-functional alignment and decision-makingProactively surface risks, issues, and dependencies with recommended actionsVendor & Partner Coordination
Coordinate delivery activities across internal teams and external service providersEnsure work is aligned across vendors without overlap, gaps, or miscommunicationTrack commitments and follow-through against agreed plansAgile & Change Leadership
Serve as Scrum Master and Agile coach for technical teams as appropriateSupport structured change management and controlled release processesPromote continuous improvement in delivery methods and team collaborationGovernance & Risk Awareness
Support change governance processes to ensure stability during system and infrastructure changesHelp teams balance delivery speed with operational reliabilityThis is a Hybrid role with in-office attendance at our Arlington Heights, IL location. Remote option may be considered for a strong fit candidate, depending on experience.

Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this role is from $120,000 to $135,000
