Responsibilities:
· Assist in managing global IT infrastructure services.
· Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support, define and provide infrastructure services.
· Support strategic planning and implementation of infrastructure improvements.
· Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
· Follow ITIL processes in the support and provision of services.
· Assist in leading and managing infrastructure-related projects.
· Maintain documentation and provide regular updates on infrastructure performance.
· Identify and implement opportunities for improving infrastructure services.
Preferred Experience On:
· Windows workstation, OS, GPO, SCCM, Intune required
· LAN, WAN, Wireless required
· Knowledge of tools such as ServiceNOW, Intune, AzureAD, Powershell, AD, and Security controls.
· Understanding of IT Infrastructure management.

Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required
· Master’s or equivalent desired
· 6 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure role required
· Cisco CCNA desired
