This position will be responsible for ensuring inventory levels are maintained in staging area in support of Manufacturing Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Tracking and Management:Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing items in and out of warehouse as well as staging locations.
Data Entry and Analysis:Accurately entering inventory data into systems, analyzing inventory trends, and identifying potential issues.
Discrepancy Resolution:Investigating and resolving discrepancies in inventory counts and data.
Warehouse Operations:May assist with warehouse tasks like receiving, shipping, and organizing inventory.
Process Improvement:Identifying and implementing improvements to inventory control procedures and systems.
Reporting:Preparing regular reports on inventory levels, performance, and any identified issues.
Required Skills:
Organizational and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision in data entry and record-keeping. Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving inventory-related issues. Communication: Effectively communicating with warehouse staff and other departments. Technical Skills: Proficiency with inventory management software, Experience in warehouse/stockroom environment. Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), SAP, and other relevant systems.
