How will you make an impact?

Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.

Summer projects may include the following responsibilities:

Support the development of technical and commercial proposals by translating complex service and engineering concepts into clear, customer-facing documentationPerform business and financial analyses to support proposal pricing, margin targets, and competitive positioningCreate data-driven visuals, summaries, and dashboards to communicate proposal assumptions, risks, and value propositions to stakeholdersAssist in standardizing proposal templates, cost models, and analytical tools to improve proposal accuracy and turnaround timeConduct market, customer, and historical win/loss analyses to inform proposal strategy and improve bid effectiveness

Start Date: Interns have the option to join either our May or June cohort for a duration of 10-12 weeks.

Compensation & Relocation: This internship offers an hourly rate of $28.00. Additionally, a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5,000 if necessary. Students must be located 50+ miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend.

How will you get here?

Graduate student completing a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences field of study between December 2026 and June 2027.Previous related internships totaling 1+ years experience required. 0 years of work experience required.Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
