As an Informatica (IICS) consultant on this team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based data integration and data warehouse solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements, translate them into scalable data models, and build reliable ETL/ELT pipelines. This role requires strong experience in dimensional modeling and enterprise data warehousing concepts, along with hands-on expertise in Informatica IICS tools. You will produce technical design documentation, implement solutions following best practices, perform unit testing, and support end-to-end data flows with a comprehensive business context in mind. Responsibilities About You: • You have experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into technical specifications and data models. • You are willing to work at the customer site in Alexandria, VA. No remote work. • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosing and resolving complex data integration and data quality issues, and supporting critical service requests related to data pipelines and reporting. • The focus of this position is to provide strong technical support and delivery using • Informatica IICS and to drive complete and timely resolution of data-related issues reported by customers. • You are passionate about customer service, with a strong customer focus and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • You are a strong logical thinker who can troubleshoot data issues across source systems, integration layers, and data warehouse targets. • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly explain complex data integration and data modeling concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Minimum Qualifications · 6+ years of experience in data integration and data warehousing solutions. · 4+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including Cloud Data Integration and related services. · Strong expertise in dimensional modeling (star and snowflake schemas) and enterprise data warehouse design. · Proven experience designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytics and reporting use cases. · Experience working with multiple source systems (e.g., transactional systems, SaaS applications, flat files) and loading curated data into a data warehouse or analytics platform. · Familiarity with data quality, data validation, error handling, and performance optimization best practices. · Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse audiences, from business users to technical teams. · Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to develop and adapt action plans as requirements evolve.
