Job Description:
The Senior IAM Security Analyst will be accountable for the delivery and implementation of security technology that supports the Global Identity and Access Management Domain for the Company primarily supporting the Sailpoint IdentityIQ platform. They will participate in the execution and implementation of the Sun Life IAM program. Reporting directly to the Manager of Technology Support, the incumbent will work with the IAM Operation team to help move technology and processes through the Application Life Cycle. This will be in the form of projects, consulting, continuous improvement activities and as Subject Matter Expert in the IAM Technology field. Your goal is to provide stellar service, have a continuous improvement mindset to help drive operational efficiencies and secure our environment under the IAM Domain.

Understand Logical Access Security Standard (LASD) and policy around Data Privacy for the Company is a mustBe responsible for project deliverables, prioritizing actions, overcome obstacles that arise through the implementation of projects, and assist team members in resolving issuesBe responsive to queries from internal clients, and provide solutions as requiredBe resourceful and able to work with other technical support teams with strong collaboration and synergy to enhance and improve the IAM toolsCollaborate with Security Access Administration and Governance teams to ensure the service delivered satisfy end user’s requirement at the same time follow the Governance best practicesWhat you need to succeed:
Knowledge and experience in supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ will be great asset to be considered University degree/college diploma in related discipline(s)3+ years in security IT industry experienceStrong technical skills in supporting IAM applications in Unix and Windows environments, and running basic SQL queries for data lookup and generating reportsSome knowledge with other IAM tools: SailPoint File Access Management, Transmit Multiple Factor Authentication, OKTA Access Management with OAuth, Venafi Certificate Management, CyberArk Vault & PAMProfessional designation in IT security (such as CISM, CISSP, CISA) preferredWork experience in Financial Industry preferredSome after hours / on-call support shifts required.Preferred Skills:
This position requires a strong technical aptitude with the ability to drive solutions to a positive conclusionAble to work independently with high degree of ambiguity and deliver expected outcomes, be focused on the end deliverables and build trust with internal clients and peers.
