Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigationsConsult and proactively coach leaders related to performance management, compensation alignment, company policies & processesChampion employee engagement initiativesSupport health, safety and environmental initiatives and programs to facilitate a safe & healthy cultureQUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years' experience in an HR Partner/Generalist/ related business roleBachelor's Degree requiredStrong HR Acumen: Deep knowledge of HR processes and working knowledge of most HR disciplinesAbility to build relationships and trust with strong skills in coaching and mentoringAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see hidden problems and look beyond the obvious for answers, uses data to make decisionsExcellent conflict management and negotiation skills – can bring others together and reconcile differencesStrong knowledge of employment laws and practices, including OSHAExcellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment – including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping. Experience with HRISStrong oral and written communicationGood interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills with the ability and passion to engage with others authentically, establish trust, build long-lasting relationships - influence at all levelsEvidence of the practice of a high level of confidentialityExcellent organizational skills and time management skills; multi-tasking and prioritizing, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high-level goals; managing multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to perform in a fast-paced environmentThe compensation range(s) identified below are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.
