About the Job

Summary

The Senior HRIS Analyst supports our journey from SAP HCM on-premises to cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors. This role brings strong functional expertise in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors and is responsible for day-to-day HRIS support, configuration, reporting, and system maintenance activities.

The Sr HRIS Analyst partners closely with HR functional teams, HR Shared Services, and IT to support core HR processes, ensure data integrity, and assist with system enhancements and deployments across the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on execution, stability, and continuous improvement while developing deeper subject-matter expertise in SuccessFactors modules, including SuccessFactors SPM.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

HRIS Functional Support

Support the deployment and ongoing operation of HR processes such as employee master data administration, benefits, organizational management, talent management, talent acquisition, rewards & recognition, and organizational development.Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP SuccessFactors modules and related HR systems, including support for SuccessFactors SPM.Assist with system administration activities across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire).

System Enhancements & Projects

Support approved HRIS initiatives and system enhancements by executing assigned deliverables.Partner with senior team members to support progress on projects and roadmap initiatives.Assist with translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements across modules.Review, test, and help demonstrate new SAP SuccessFactors features and configurations to meet business needs.

Reporting, Data & Analytics

Design and generate ad-hoc and recurring reports and queries.Review reporting requests, analyze data, and recommend solutions or alternatives to improve efficiency.Assist in maintaining data accuracy through audits, monitoring, and centralized data corrections.Support interface monitoring and partner with IT to help identify and resolve data issues.

Testing & Release Support

Create and execute functional and UAT test scripts for assigned enhancements.Document test results, support issue resolution, and assist with release readiness activities.Support cyclical and year-end HR system activities.

User Support & Enablement

Provide production support to HR users and respond to system inquiries.Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials.Assist with training HR partners on system functionality and new features.

Security, Compliance & Collaboration

Support HR system security role maintenance and assist with periodic security audits.Partner with HR, HR Shared Services, IT, and vendors to ensure data integrity and system stability.Follow established incident and escalation processes to minimize system downtime.

Continuous Improvement

Stay informed on SAP SuccessFactors updates, releases, and best practices.Provide recommendations for incremental improvements to system functionality and user experience.Maintain knowledge of functional processes, company policies, and HRIS procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

4–6 years of experience supporting enterprise HRIS platforms, with hands-on experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Exposure to SuccessFactors SPM or performance management modules preferred.Experience supporting system configuration, reporting, testing, and data maintenance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage assigned work independently.Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across HR and IT teams.Customer-focused mindset with an interest in continuous improvement and change management.Strong in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
