This is a global role and the candidate will be hired into the Global People Analytics team to design and develop complex organization-wide analytics Visualization and Models. This role would allow interaction with HR and Cross-Functional teams across Locations (More than 60 Countries) and Business Groups within Lenovo. The ideal candidate will be an individual with strong problem-solving, data analysis, and consulting skills, along with equally strong communication, presentation, and business intuition. We seek a self-starter who is adaptable to changing requirements and can work effectively with cross-functional teams. **Job Responsibilities:** + Communicate with stakeholders and other internal teams to understand business problems, gather business requests. + Conduct data process and visualization with technical skill set. + Develop compelling, logically structured presentations that can synthesize complex data into insights and action plan, develop and deliver complex reports of both internal & external people analytics and talent market intelligence. + Act as a thought partner and domain expert on People analytics best practices and keep up to date on new trends in the field. **Job Requirements:** + Master's degree. Technical graduate degree preferred or equivalent practical experience. + 4-7 years of related experience in data analytics-related work.
