Sr. HR Coordinator

Come join a career you can grow in and a culture you can run with. + Provide front-line HR support to employees and managers with specific focus on high volume People transactions, data maintenance for tier 0 and tier 1 level inquiries + Interprets and applies HR policies when answering employee and manager questions and processing transactions + Workday data entry, some of which requires critical thinking and understanding of the impact to downstream systems. Follow-up to correct errors or missing/insufficient data + Provides audit support/follow up on missing employee data + Manages requests for retrieval of employee documents for Legal and Employee Relations + May assist with HR compliance such as processing background checks and I9 employment verifications. **Requirements** + Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR or related field of study + Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in HR Operations or Generalist functions. + Minimum 1 year experience with Workday. + Advanced knowledge of Human Resources processes and policies + Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. + Intermediate technical aptitude and knowledge of G-suite required **Recruiter:** Amanda Frock (amanda.frock@sunrun.com) _Please note that the compensation information is made in good faith for this position only_ . _It assumes that the successful candidate will be located in markets within the United States that warrant the compensation.
