Sr. HR Compliance Analyst
Job Description The Human Resources Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the coordination, oversight, and management of various regulatory and compliance processes within Human Resources (HR). Assisting with completing I-9 verifications, adjudicating background checks, running drug/alcohol screenings for new hires, and onboarding compliance assistance. Skills and Requirements -5+ years of HR Compliance experience -Strong I-9 experience -Initiating Drug & alcohol screenings -Background check adjudication - must have very strong experience -Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills -Experience in MS Excel & the Microsoft Office Suite -Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations -DOT Compliance (DOT/FMCSA Compliance) experience -Experience handling Driver Qualification Files / Being able list what goes into these files -Understanding Return to Duty Policy for Drivers -DOT Random Drug testing and screening experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
