Description As a Senior HR Business Partner at AWS, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, and cultural initiatives across Annapurna Labs and the Center for Quantum Computing business units. This role requires deep HR expertise, business acumen, and the ability to influence at executive levels. The base pay for this position ranges from $117,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $193,400/year in our highest geographic market.
