Job Description

Deliver an effective and proactive HR service by providing relevant support to line managers and employees.  Drive best practices in all facets of HR including but not limited to employee engagement, talent management, organization development and employee relations; ensuring compliance to company policies and legal regulatory requirements. Partner with CoEs in executing HR programs in accordance with business requirements.

Provide day-to-day HR advisory to assigned accounts regarding all HR related matter with varied complexity, such as performance management, career development, employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement, etc.Guide and collaborate with junior team members in delivering key HR initiatives.Gather and evaluate relevant information to recommend applicable resolutions to challenging issues and exception cases.Review existing processes and procedures and apply technical know-how to propose efficiencies in delivering HR services.Execute periodic employee cycle HR processes and perform proactive monitoring of each activity completion.Work with the HR Manager to plan and develop multiple short to medium term HR related projects.Monitor HR compliance issues and ensure non-compliance is addressed and corrected.Support in the delivery of organizational development activities such as, but not limited to job analysis, organization review and alignment, and change management.Maintain high level of coordination stakeholders to efficiently roll-out development programs according to the identified needs of the business units.Track learning and development progress and development plans of employees on the assigned business units.Support the HR Manager in reports preparation and data analysis to support of HR interventions.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business or other equivalent coursesAt least 5 years of HR generalist experienceTechnical expertise in organizational development and talent managementStrong knowledge of local employment laws, statutory guidelines and HR practices
