Summary: Seeking a Senior Help Desk Technician to provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex IT issues, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of IT support experience in a regulated manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking fundamentals Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Track-It) Familiarity with FDA regulations, HIPAA, and GxP compliance

Preferred Skills:

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Experience with ERP systems (e.g., IQMS, SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing software Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

Responsibilities:

Serve as escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support issues Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity Support specialized systems used in medical device manufacturing (e.g., ERP, MES, LIMS) Maintain and update IT documentation, asset inventory, and knowledge base articles Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, and Operations Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes including account provisioning and hardware setup Participate in audits and support validation of computerized systems

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
