Sr. GTM Specialist - Programs, Sales GTM (SGTM)

The Sales GTM (SGTM) organization sits squarely between the product teams who make our ad solutions, and the field teams who sell it. GTM Specialists in the Sales GTM organization are the voice of the customer and the field back to the Ads Product orgs, as well as the business owners for delivering on customer outcomes through the adoption of product solution. They are responsible for:

- Owning interactions with each Product org, producing a stack-ranked set of Global Sales priorities, and influencing requirements, roadmap decisions and trade-offs
- Developing and implementing global GTM strategies and sales plays, both for existing capabilities and new ones (e.g. betas, launches)
- WW Service and operations team engagement as it pertains to new and emerging products and Partnering with Product Marketing on global Sales and Marketing narratives

This Organizing Products and Priorities (OPP) GTM role will work across Sales GTM teams, developing multi-product GTM strategies that maximize performance against advertiser objectives and packages new product releases with existing features. The goal of the OPP program is to reduce the noise for our sellers while simultaneously delivering tailored sales activation strategies. This person will play a critical role partnering across Sales GTM, Product Marketing, and with internal ad product teams to improve the clarity and focus in sales by improving our upstream planning and prioritization. The OPP GTM will help to deliver more focused sales communications and ensure sellers are equipped with what matters most for their customers. The right candidate for this role will thrive building large impactful programs in an ambiguous environment.

Key job responsibilities
- Reduces noise: Instead of notifying sales for every product launch and feature, the OPP GTM will combine them into sales narratives and solutions.
- Simplifies complex topics: The OPP GTM will help Sales package individual product launches into narratives that show how products work together as solutions aligned to advertiser objectives.
- Dive deep to understand key opportunities and design, deliver and audit repeatable playbooks to take advantage of these insights
- Summarize key findings in written documents both to influence senior leaders as well as to report back on business pacing
- Consult on product narratives to ensure product positioning is aligned with customer and sales feedback.
