Job Responsibility 岗位职责

Take the responsibility of collaborating with regional sales team, DC planning team and Ops team for forecasting and utilizing Heijunka to leverage production/supply plan.Heijunka工具均衡生产和物物料计划。Work closely with local Distribution Center planners and CSRs for closing backlog, driving global OTD and coordinating DC for global inventory control.Cross function working with manufacture and buyer, driving internal OTD, inventory and inventory turns improvement.Utilize DBS tool, identify the problems on forecast, OTD and inventory and solve/improve it through Kaizen.DBS工具，在产品计划，交付和库存控制出现问题时，及时发现问题并通过改善解决问题。Coordinate with internal function, such as project team, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance, and external function, such as Distribution Center planner and CSR before new project launch to mitigate the roadblocks in the early of ramp up.Daily Order Management, including order confirmation, shipment and tracking.
