Description Overview: A leading venture capital firm with a decades-long track record of backing transformative companies is seeking a Senior Valuations & Fund Accountant to join its high-performing finance team. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field + CPA preferred but not required + 3+ years of experience in public accounting (VC/PE clients) or in-house at a venture capital or private equity firm + Strong knowledge of ASC 946 and ASC 820 + Hands-on experience with fund accounting, audits, and financial reporting + Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with systems like Investran, Intacct, or QuickBooks is a plus + Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Excited about this role?
