Sr. FP&A Analyst

The Senior FP&A Analyst will work closely with TCP Supply Chain to drive achievement of AOP Targets. The role will also help in driving the identification, delivery, and measurement of full potential initiatives. This position will be responsible in preparing cost projections (annual, quarterly and monthly) and business case models and analysis that will help the business maximize opportunities.
Job Description:
Provide support to ensure achievement of AOP targets. Create visibility on Opportunity and Risk and its impact to cost. Drive actions to maximize opportunity and mitigate risks.Partner with Supply Chain Managers in driving the achievement Full Potential initiativesRun business and financial scenario modellingCreate Financial DashboardsAnalyze operational and financial data to identify trends and provide solutions and use them to drive down costResponsible for taking on more “end to end” tasks within assigned projects of varying scope and within a given line of business or set of stakeholders.Develop the financial and operational plans annually through an Annual Operating Planning process, monthly/quarterly through a monthly/quarterly Rolling Forecast process and intermittently throughout the year as needed.Manage comprehensive monthly financial and operational reporting packages with emphasis on analytical decision support of leadership to optimize short and long-term business decisions and financial performancePrepare PowerPoint presentations for operations and finance during month end close and forecastsOwn reporting processes from initial data pulls through to final presentation with sharp focus on accuracy and process improvements to streamline reporting capabilitiesAssess ROI on capital investment projects and perform cost benefit analyses on operational projects.Prepare ad hoc analysis to support the finance team to support broader Supply Chain team as requestedQualifications:
A proven track record of academic and professional excellence4 to 6+ years of related FP&A business experienceBachelor's degree, preferably in economics, finance, accounting and/or analytics field.MBA or CPA preferredIn depth financial planning, financial analysis, data mining, and modeling expertise.Strong Excel financial modeling skills are criticalExperience with SQL, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase is highly desirable but not requiredIntermediate to advanced technical skill, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.Exceptional communication and presentation skillsA self-directed individual with a strong ability to manage ambiguity and who adapts readily and easily to changes in priorities and business conditions · An individual who is self-confident, competent, outgoing, and independent with a straight forward personality and executive presence Deep intellectual curiosity to learn business and financial drivers Ability to excel in working within an open, flexible, results-oriented, performance based environment Professional and personal integrity beyond reproach Comfortable working with very sensitive data and able to maintain a high degree of discretion Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills
