Sr. FP&A Analyst
Description We are looking for a Senior FP& A Analyst to join our team in Overland Park, Kansas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial modeling and cost analysis while contributing to strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in FP& A and a passion for driving financial insights. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support business strategies and cost management. • Develop and maintain robust financial models to forecast company performance and evaluate opportunities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying trends and areas for improvement. • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, including executives and senior leadership. • Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. • Analyze financial data related to SaaS operations and identify cost optimization opportunities. • Assist in evaluating the financial impact of strategic initiatives and projects. • Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations while maintaining data integrity. • Provide mentorship and guidance to analysts with less experience on best practices and methodologies. Requirements • A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, cost analysis, and FP& A. • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel functions. • Strong understanding of SaaS operations and financial metrics. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. • Effective communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. • Familiarity with financial systems and tools to streamline reporting and analysis. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
