Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial reporting and data analysis while driving improvements in processes and providing valuable insights to business operations. Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review financial statements, including Form 10-K and 10-Q filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct month-end close activities, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations, to maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze large datasets using tools such as Tableau, Python, or Microsoft SQL to derive actionable insights for business operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline financial reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to communicate findings and address financial issues transparently.
• Act as a business partner to operational teams, providing investigative audit insights based on accounting data.
• Support audit processes by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Utilize strong communication skills to build meaningful relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry standards and best practices to maintain high-quality financial reporting.
The salary range for this position is $77,000 to $116,000.

Requirements • Proven experience in public accounting audit or working within a publicly traded company.
• Proficiency in preparing Form 10-K and Form 10-Q filings.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tools such as Tableau, Python, or Microsoft SQL.
• Solid understanding of month-end close processes, general ledger management, and journal entries.
• Ability to perform detailed account and bank reconciliations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and manage large volumes of data.
• Audit mindset with a focus on investigative and business partnership skills.
