Position Summary
Life Time is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our Treasury & Investor Relations team. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Treasury & Investor Relations, this role will play a key part in shaping and communicating Life Time’s financial story to the investment community. The Senior Financial Analyst will support the execution of our investor relations strategy, manage investor communications, and provide insights that influence senior leadership decisions.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance a system for effective and measurable investor targeting and outreachPrepare and manage quarterly earnings materials, including scripts, presentations, and Q&A documentsCoordinate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, ensuring consistent messaging and professional executionDevelop and maintain investor-related materials such as press releases, presentations, and fact sheetsPerform consensus analysis, financial modeling, and valuation work to support investor messagingTrack and report on key industry news, competitive dynamics, and market trendsMonitor and analyze market sentiment, investor feedback, and competitor performance to provide actionable insightsPrepare presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership and investor meetingsSupport ad hoc projects, including benchmarking, research requests, and strategic analysesMinimum Required Qualifications
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidanceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with FactSet, Irwin and other financial and CRM platforms preferredExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, trading comps), capital allocation frameworks, and market analysisAbility to synthesize complex information into clear, concise recommendations for senior leadershipExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing materials for executives and cross-functional partnersA proactive team player with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a dynamic environmentEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fieldYears of Experience:
