We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual with financial planning and analysis experience to join our finance organization supporting the Nordstrom Merchandising Group. This person will partner closely with the business to help develop monthly forecasts and annual budgets, conduct operational analysis to communicate key drivers of business performance, as well as perform ad hoc requests supporting key initiatives and investments.
**This is a Hybrid- downtown Seattle, WA position and you will be required to come into office 4 days per week. We are not offering relocation at this time for this role.

5+ years of related experience BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance Proven experience in analysis, modeling, and reporting financial performance, with a strong sense of curiosityDemonstrated ability to manage priorities and timelines Excellent computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Hyperion-Essbase, Oracle EBS and Tableau a plus Ability to independently develop processes and deliverables from general direction Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail, data integrity and accuracy Continuous improvement mindsetWe’ve got you covered…
