Sr. Financial Analyst- Hybrid
**What you will do** + Preparation of monthly expense journal entries and account reconciliations for legal fees and settlements + Preparation of monthly & quarterly financial reporting and budget/projections for legal fees and settlements + Support function for analysis and business partnership with Orthopaedics group, divisions and Costa Rica Finance Center AR team for bad debt/AR (target setting, monthly business review slides, bad debt reconciliation assumptions validation, etc.) + Execute Orthopedics (combined JR + Trauma) Accounts Receivable cash flow budgeting, projections and reporting. + Support the RTR team with accounting information and guidance for bad debt, AR write offs, and legal matters. + Recommend and implement process improvements to ensure integrity and efficiency. + Function as an extension of the divisional team, proactively communicating and executing meetings to resolve issues and implement improvements. + Perform ad-hoc analyses to support business partner and Orthopaedic group needs in the areas of bad debt and legal. **What you need** **Required** + Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting. + 2+ years experience in Finance, FP&A and Financial Systems. + Excel proficiency (V lookups, macros, pivot tables, etc). + PowerBI experience. + Experience in cross-functional partnering. **Preferred** + Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle & JDE. + Ability to interpret and analyze data accurately and efficiently. + Strong ability to coordinate action in a matrixed organization. $82,900.00-128,900.00 USD Annual salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
