**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** + Deliver monthly forecasts, expense reviews, and pricing realization materials. + Collaborate with the supporting division to analyze deals and address division-related matters. + Ensure compliance with deadlines for both the LATAM division and the distributed team. + Project division revenues and expenses for each region and country level. + Coordinate with the distributed team on revenue and expense targets during the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process. **Required Qualifications** + Proven experience in financial planning and analysis. + English fluency is mandatory - Latam team + Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong collaboration and communication abilities. + Ability to strictly adhere to deadlines and manage multiple tasks. + Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Preferred Qualifications** + Advanced degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or related field. + Experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools. + Knowledge of global financial regulations and compliance standards.
