Sr. Financial Analyst
Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This role is essential to providing critical insights and supporting strategic financial planning efforts. The ideal candidate will excel at analyzing complex data, generating reliable financial models, and delivering actionable recommendations that drive business decisions. Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed financial analyses to support business initiatives and decision-making processes. • Develop and maintain accurate financial models to forecast performance and assess various scenarios. • Perform variance analysis to identify trends and explain deviations from expected results. • Generate ad hoc reports and perform custom financial analyses based on organizational needs. • Utilize data mining techniques to extract and interpret key business information. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner. • Monitor market trends and economic factors that may impact financial performance. • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing detailed analyses and insights. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies while conducting analyses. For immediate consideration please call Julie Kirvin @ 561-232-2142 or connect on Linked in Requirements • Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling, preferably in a senior-level role. • Strong proficiency in variance analysis and ad hoc reporting. • Familiarity with data mining techniques and tools for extracting business insights. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications ideally Power BI • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. • Effective communication skills for presenting complex financial information. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
