Responsibilities

Overall Summary:
This role provides financial support for Ascension joint ventures, both consolidated and unconsolidated. The position manages assigned markets and is responsible for all joint venture activity within those markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Support the financial performance and reporting for assigned joint ventures, including consolidated and unconsolidated entities.Manage the monthly close process for joint ventures through review, analysis, and coordination with key stakeholders.Review Blackline reconciliations and ensure accuracy and completeness of account activity.Review work to ensure accuracy and consistency.Assist with financial projects, analysis, and ongoing operational needs.Serve as the financial contact for assigned markets and maintain responsibility for joint venture activity within those markets.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences Strong analytical skills.Ability to think critically.Comfortable reviewing complex financial information.
