Description We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Glen Allen, Virginia. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the financial health of the organization by developing forecasts, supporting budgets, and analyzing inventory. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively to senior management. Responsibilities: • Create, refine, and manage financial forecasts, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections. • Collaborate with various departments during the annual budgeting process and re-forecast cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals. • Generate and distribute regular financial reports, operational updates, and inventory supply chain analyses. • Partner with inventory management teams to conduct in-depth inventory analysis and provide actionable insights. • Support and maintain the company's financial enterprise tool, Adaptive, while assisting end-users with troubleshooting and training. • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement across financial operations. • Analyze complex financial data to guide decision-making and optimize company performance. • Communicate financial findings clearly to senior leadership, fostering informed strategic planning. Requirements • Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting. • Strong proficiency in variance analysis and ad hoc financial reporting. • Expertise in data mining techniques to extract actionable insights. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments. • Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting financial insights to senior management. • Self-motivated and adaptable with a commitment to ethical practices. • Familiarity with financial enterprise tools such as Adaptive is a plus.
