This opening is for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the finance team. This role reports directly to the CFO and works closely with the VP of Accounting. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. This is a highly visible role with exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections
+ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key variances, trends, and insights
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to prepare budgets and forecasts aligned with strategic objectives
+ Monitor inventory levels and evaluate impacts on working capital, providing actionable insights to improve inventory management
+ Manage factoring processes in collaboration with finance and operations teams to optimize cash flow
+ Support M& A activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning
+ Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and present findings to senior leadership
+ Assist in preparing presentations and financial materials for internal stakeholders and external partners
+ Continuously assess financial processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
Requirements
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
+ 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within retail, fashion, wholesale, or CPG environments
+ Strong foundation in FP& A, including budgeting and forecasting
+ Experience with cash flow projections, factoring, and net working capital management
+ Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
