Description A dynamic organization in the South of Charlotte region is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with strong command of the full financial statement package — income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. This role plays a key part in analyzing financial performance, interpreting trends, and supporting strategic decision‑making across the business. The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical rigor, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights. There is hybrid flexibility. Key Responsibilities + Analyze and interpret all three financial statements to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact business performance. + Develop and maintain financial models that integrate income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow drivers. + Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including variance analysis and forward‑looking insights. + Partner with accounting to ensure accurate financial results and alignment between operational activity and reported outcomes. + Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring assumptions tie cohesively across all financial statements. + Evaluate working capital, liquidity, and cash flow impacts of business initiatives. + Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support leadership decisions, including scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis. + Assist in improving financial reporting processes, tools, and data integrity. + Collaborate cross‑functionally to explain financial results and guide non‑finance stakeholders. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or CPA/CFA a plus. + Strong understanding of GAAP and the relationships between the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. + Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical reporting. + Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely. + Proficiency with Excel and financial systems; experience with BI tools preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
