Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. In this role, you will support key financial operations within the Electrophysiology Medical Device division, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and the management of capital inventory. Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes, including profit and loss analysis and market modeling.
• Provide monthly financial reporting and variance analysis to support decision-making by leadership.
• Collaborate with key teams to consolidate month-end financial data and deliver comprehensive commentary.
• Prepare financial models and presentations for quarterly forecasting cycles and executive meetings.
• Assist with the development and management of capital inventory processes and service profit and loss.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to address specific requests from management.
• Partner with facilities and service teams to support budget updates and analysis during each cycle.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Foster positive communication and collaboration across teams and organizational levels. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, planning, and modeling.
• Proficiency in Hyperion Essbase and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong expertise in variance analysis and ad hoc financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of data mining techniques and financial presentation preparation.
• Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to various stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
