This role will focus on analyzing financial data, driving strategic decisions, and improving business processes to support organizational growth. Responsibilities: • Serve as a key representative of the finance team on cross-functional projects related to global product development. • Build and evaluate detailed business case models to guide investment decisions and provide insights to core project teams and executive leadership. • Conduct in-depth analyses to monitor and interpret key performance indicators tied to brand sales and profitability. • Collaborate with brand leadership to model and assess the impact of national promotional events across multiple brands. • Identify and analyze business trends, market segments, and customer profiles to support strategic planning efforts. • Proactively develop initiatives aimed at cost reduction, profit enhancement, and operational efficiency improvement. • Generate and distribute ad hoc reports to cross-functional teams and leadership to support decision-making and evaluate opportunities. • Enhance standard reporting processes to streamline information delivery and improve organizational insights. Requirements • Proven experience in financial modeling and forecasting. • Strong background in cost analysis and product development. • Expertise in pricing strategies and market pricing analysis. • Adept at conducting ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions. • Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on financial data. • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and dynamic environments. • Strong communication skills to present complex data and insights clearly. • Resourceful and solution-driven approach to problem-solving.
