IQVIA Spain is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our expanding company.

The profile will play a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the region within Spain, Portugal and Turkey business units, providing insight on key performance indicators and identifying opportunities for continual process improvement.

Responsibilities

Support on the collection, consolidation, and validation of financial inputs from EMEA clusters/countries during monthly forecast cycles.Support the reporting of Spain & Portugal revenue & cost & expense annual Plan and strategic planning financials, including assisting Finance Manager, with the preparation of the annual PlanSupport in preparation of operating review meetings, strategic planning review meetings and budget review meetings.Monthly Forecasting and budgeting reviewAnalyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and provide commentary on key business drivers.Submits monthly forecast and plan in HyperionSupport the Operational Excellence program, which includes reporting on project profitability, offshoring & utilization, establishing regular and robust reporting cadence to key internal customers.Develop and maintain financial models to support the EMEA cluster/countries to provide their input regarding forecast, plan, drivers template, operational excellence, etc.Collaborate with country finance teams and business leaders to understand local market dynamics and ensure alignment with regional objectives.Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and decision support.Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and data quality.Support on the optimization of FP&A tools and systems (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake).Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.Support internal and external audit requirements as needed.

Education, Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.3 - 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in a multinational or regional EMEA context.Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).Experience with planning tools (e.g., Hyperion) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across geographies.Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Fluency in English and Spanish.Hybrid Formula, Madrid office
