We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support the an organization in growth mode offering advancement and fast paced. The company is Private Equity owned. This role requires close collaboration with leadership teams, regional and global finance, and various cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial planning and analysis activities. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic evaluations to support both short- and long-term business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Financial planning & analysis including forecasts and strategic initiatives, while partnering with key business stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance financial planning and management reporting processes, fostering collaboration across teams.
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reviews, working closely with market leadership to analyze results.
Enhance data analytics capabilities to support function leadership and business partners with meaningful insights.
Interpret financial data to identify risks, propose solutions, and implement recommendations effectively.
Conduct strategic evaluations and financial simulations, utilizing advanced modeling techniques to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Align financial initiatives with organizational goals and update FP& A processes to reflect changes.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP& A, or related fields.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel techniques.
• Strong skills in variance analysis and ad hoc financial reporting.
• Experience with data mining and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
