Sr. Financial Analyst
Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is critical in driving financial transparency, supporting strategic initiatives, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. The ideal candidate will excel in financial reporting and analysis, while also collaborating across departments to optimize processes and improve performance. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage financial reporting systems to enhance visibility into company performance, particularly regarding customer profitability. • Play a key role in establishing and maintaining the company’s data warehouse. • Act as the subject matter expert for FP& A software, overseeing monthly consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting. • Lead by example as a trusted advisor and business partner, fostering accountability, inclusivity, and high-performance standards. • Facilitate the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals. • Own the customer profitability reporting process, including presenting insights to leadership. • Support monthly financial close activities and produce comprehensive financial reports. • Analyze and prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc financial reports. • Collaborate with the accounting team to review actual versus budgeted performance, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy. Requirements • Strong expertise in financial analysis and modeling. • Proficiency in variance analysis and ad-hoc financial reporting. • Advanced knowledge of data mining techniques and tools. • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality financial insights and reports with accuracy. • Experience in FP& A software and data infrastructure management. • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments. • Proven ability to identify trends and propose actionable recommendations. • Passion for process improvement and operational efficiency.
