Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Frederick, MD. This role will support the CSD (Clinical Sequencing Division), BID (Biosciences Division), and GSD (Genetic Sciences Division). The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning and controllership of the site, in depth analysis, and reporting activities to support strategic decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.Support the development and implementation of financial models to drive business strategy.Collaborate and prepare Monthly Operating Reviews for CSD, BID, and GSD teams to provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives.Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-range financial plans.Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior financial analysts as needed.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA is preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate setting.Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Benefits:

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $103,100.00–$154,700.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
