This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office) · Analyze financial and operational KPIs to drive operational process improvements with positive financial impacts. · Analyze top line growth and high impact Operating expenses to assist with actions to drive profit. · Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling. · Independently develop key insights based on in-depth knowledge of DSD operations to recognize opportunities for cost efficiencies. · Create clear and concise reporting to simplify decision making for business partners. · Bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude to your responsibilities every day. · Maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to inform and influence. Requirements The ideal candidate will have · 3+ years of similar work experience in a finance or accounting role. · Consumer products, industry experience required. · BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience. · Financial acumen, experience with problem solving with analytical thinking. · Ability to independently start projects and follow through to completion. · SAP, PowerPoint, Access experience, advanced Excel skills required. · Ability to travel occasionally (10%). · MBA Preferred. · BI experience a plus.
