Sr. Financial Analyst
Description We are looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to drive insightful financial analysis, support strategic planning, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. This position offers an opportunity to work with advanced tools and methodologies to enhance business performance. Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed financial analyses to support business decision-making and strategic initiatives. • Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. • Analyze financial variances and trends, providing actionable insights to management. • Develop financial models to forecast future business performance and evaluate potential scenarios. • Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Adaptive Insights to create comprehensive financial reports. • Streamline and enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Collaborate across departments to gather relevant data and ensure consistency in financial reporting. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to optimize performance. • Support accounting functions and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs. The position will be 100% onsite and all candidates must live in the local Knoxville area A Degree in accounting or finance is required.
