Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Tustin, California. This role requires an analytical thinker who can interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data mining, reporting tools, and business systems to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. Responsibilities: • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business systems and streamline reporting workflows. • Create and manage reports using tools such as Crystal Reports and Confluence to ensure accuracy and accessibility. • Implement data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets. • Evaluate and refine accounting functions to improve operational efficiency. • Support auditing processes by preparing detailed reports and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. • Assist in capital management and allocation strategies to maximize return on investment. • Provide recommendations for process enhancements to improve overall financial performance. Requirements • Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling. • Proficiency in business systems and reporting tools, including Crystal Reports and Confluence. • Strong knowledge of data mining techniques and their application in financial contexts. • Familiarity with accounting functions and auditing processes. • Solid understanding of budget processes and capital management. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
